Process

From your initial enquiry to the final delivery, we take the time at every stage to ensure you are happy with the process and that the final result meets or exceeds your expectations.

Let’s talk about your vision

We are more than happy to meet either at our showroom or on site to discuss the requirements of your project.  Otherwise, we can talk over the phone and you can share drawings or photographs with us via email. If you aren’t sure of exactly what you want, browse our gallery of furniture we have created for inspiration. We can also provide advice on design, style, budget and finish options.

We prepare an estimate

Once the brief is finalised, we will provide you with an estimate for approval. This estimate is based on the finishes selected at that time. If the finishes change at a later date, the estimate may need to be revised.  We try to be extremely accurate in our estimates to avoid any surprises.
